Exchanging Client Information Securely

- can access, view, upload and download only their own data.....

Welcome to our Client Portal, in which all the data generated by Contour Aerial for our clients will be available online for 3 months after the initial project has been completed (at no cost to clients).
After that period, the data will be archived by Contour Aerial, and will remain available to clients (offline), for an additional period of 9 months.
Since mapping data, HD images and videos will take up many megabytes of data, having it available on this portal will be a convienent method of transfer (it will generally be too large to email).
Clients will be able to access only their own data securely, download it and if required, upload to Contour Aerial, any information which may be relevant for the project.
Facilitating Collaboration
Our Client Portal is a simple and effective method of collaboration between a client and Contour Aerial, and can also be used to facilitate collaboration within our clients business (we would create additional user ids to permit others to view the data - these additional logons being inactivated at client request, or at the completion of the project).
Our clients will determine what information is to appear on the portal - it makes sense to include:
- working documents
- image / video and mapping output
- final report packages
- any other information required or determined by our clients
- and at client discretion, it may, or may not include billing and invoicing information
Access To The Portal
As can be imagined, access to the portal will be available 24/7, and you will be able to:
- upload,
- download and
- delete documents within your secure portal area
When Contour Aerial uploads a file to your portal, you will receive an email and a link to the file.

WHAT NEXT
Contour Aerial has the following skills:
- We have many years experience in operating UAVs (drones), and are providing this experience as a professional business offering to clients
- We are fully qualified and individually CASA licensed UAV pilots, and adhere to all regulatory and safety requirements
- We posess a CASA approved business operators ceritficate - ReOC (Remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) operators certificate)
- this provides us with the ability to seek CASA approved exemptions in certain circumstances (eg night-time operations, proximity to people and structure limitations, operating in controlled airspace limitations etc)
- Contour Aerial can work with client engineering staff to conduct 'live feed' operations, where the client engineer can supervise and direct the elements to be recorded / inspected
- Our field staff are professionals, our directors having specific career skills in Technology, GIS / mapping, and business management
- We manage our operations and personal safety, to the requirements of our clients processes as well as the standard CASA requirements
