Our Property Management Pricing Packages

When trying to market a property, viewing it from the air gives a buyer a unique ability to see what it is they’re buying, placed in the surrounding environment. It presents a much different perspective of a property than viewing it from ground level.

Contour Aerial can deliver professional and stunning images and video to assist in marketing properties of all types, sizes, and locations.

Standard Property Marketing Package:    $149.00  

Our standard package will cater for the majority of Property Marketing projects.
Currently we are focused on producing aerial images (stills / videos / panoramas) only, and are flexible enough to adjust these packages, often at no additional cost (within reason).

Our standard package includes:

• 20 x 20 MP high resolution still images (5472 x 3648 pixels) without watermarks
• Images can be resized down to any dimensions required, while still retaining the original resolution quality
• 1 x 2-minutes of aerial video footage.

Premium Property Marketing Package:    $299.00  

Our premium package will cater for the larger, or higher-end Property Marketing projects.
Currently we are focused on producing aerial images (stills / videos / panoramas) only, and are flexible enough to adjust these packages, often at no additional cost (within reason).

Our premium package includes:

• 40 x 20 MP high resolution still images (5472 x 3648 pixels)
• Images can be resized down to any dimensions required, while still retaining the original resolution quality
• All images can be watermarked with the agent’s logo if required
• 1 x  360 degree panoramic image with graphical annotations (example here)
• 1 x 180 degree, high resolution panoramic image
• 3 x 2-minutes of aerial video footage (can be overlayed with audio supplied by agent)

Add-On Options For All Packages:    $ Negotiable, and will depend on the specific requirements   

Without knowing your detailed requirements, we have a number of additional features which may be of interest in marketing certain properties.
These are more technical in detail, and will generally apply more to Rural, rather than Urban property marketing.
Examples of these additional features include:

• 1 x  360 degree panoramic image with graphical annotations (example here)
• 1 x Orthomosaic image of the whole property @ $8/hectare
  • It will be high resolution, showing the property in its environment, looking directly down from the air, from an altitude of between 40 and 80 metres
  • This will be a significantly large image, depending on the size of the property (it can be between 50 and 200 MB, with dimensions up to 8000 x 6000 pixels
• 1 x Digital Elevation Model (DEM) image of the whole property @ $8/hectare
  • This will show the relative elevations as represented by a coloured “heat map”, where the colours represent varying land elevations
  • This will also be a significantly large image, depending on the size of the property, and will be based on the orthomosaic image as described above
• 1 x  timelapse video (really only useful where movement is involved (eg, clouds, vehicles, people etc), but can be a striking addition in the marketing package

Aerial Images Add Great Value  

 While aerial imaging may not be of great benefit to many properties, it is particularly valuable for larger urban properties, expansive rural properties, or properties flanked by ocean views.
A 360° annotated panorama, or a  video can provide an appreciation of the full dimensions of the property, showing its relationship to the surrounding environment, and highlighting its proximity to desirable local features such as schools, beaches, transport facilities, shopping, etc.

Property Maintenance & Inspection Packages:    Hourly Rate $180.00   

These images are provided for purposes such as:

• on-going management of properties, eg for insurance purposes, or roof / solar HWS / solar panel inspections
• other situations where an aerial survey can provide quick, safe, timely and accurate information

We can also include your own logo as an additional watermark if required.

Since these are ad-hoc projects, the specific outputs will be determined once your detailed requirements are known.
